We went to the San Diego Wild Animal Park during the hosliday trip. The Park houses a fabulous array of wild and endangered animals including species from the continents of Africa, Asia, Europe, North and South America, and Australia. The park is in a semi-arid environment, based around Nairobi village in Kenya, and one of its most notable features is the Journey into Africa tram which explores the expansive African exhibits. These free-range enclosures house such animals as cheetahs, antelopes, lions, giraffes, okapis, elephants, zebras, Przewalski's horses, rhinos, and bonobos.

The park was first opened to public on May 10, 1972 and visited by 2 million people annually, has an area of 1,800 acres and, in 2005, housed 3000 animals of more than 400 species plus 3,500 species of unique plants. We watched the Elephant show and took the The Wgasa Bush Line Railway, which is an electric monorail ride that takes you on an incredible, 55-minute guided tour of the Wild Animal Park's major field enclosures of Asia and Africa. Hi, how are you?

Nice meeting you here! As you probably noticed, I love taking pictures. Photography, to me, is about the intellectual joy and excitement to "hunt" for a good photograph, be it in travels or in capturing a particular moment in life or in expressing a specific perception. A little bit of my background, I graduated in MBA from Santa Clara University and got my Computer Science degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison. This website and the photos are all made by me unless otherwise stated, I invite you to check out my favorite photos below and explore the rest of my website.
