Chimelong Xiangjiang Safari Park is a zoological park in Guangzhou China, the only zoo in China that holds a 5A class tourism attraction level. There are over 20,000 animals from over 450 species including white-tiger, orangutan, Asia elephant, sun bear, golden monkey, chimpanzee, pygmy hippo and giraffe.  
 
The zoo is broken into 2 main sections, the “Safari on Foot” and a “Safari on Wheels” section. We went on the latter and drove a car through three impressive open plains sections which are the Asian Plains, Predatory zone and African Savannah. Our twin love the wild animals and get very excited when they see live animals out there. This safari is surprisingly good and we highly recommend it for you to bring your kids there for a nice weekend!
